RFQ Update

We have been getting several questions about the Request for SOQ, specifically regarding teaming. The Trust is currently only looking for an Environmental Engineering firm.

• Question No. 6 – “Discuss your firm’s experiences with integrated design/build projects, especially within EPA Region 6. Please be specific about what your firm’s role was.” is solely intended to illustrate your firm’s experience with design/build projects.
• Question No. 9 – “Please identify those elements of the work that you would have to subcontract and/or form an alliance to execute. Identify who your alliance partner(s) would be.” is solely intended to illustrate if your firm needs to bolster its engineering and design capabilities with outside companies.
