The Texas Custodial Trust is committed to the remediation of the Site and to working with the surrounding community and stakeholders. As part of our stakeholder outreach efforts we are dedicated to maintaining a website that has the most current and up-to-date site information. Please note that there have been new website updates and some new site activities. These include:
- Draft Overall Site Heath & Safety PlanThe Draft Overall Site Heath & Safety Plan (HASP) now ready for public review and comment. The purpose of this plan is to inform personnel, including visitors, regulators and contractors of the potential hazards at the Site and to provide specific work practices and procedures for reducing and/or controlling those hazards. The public has 6 weeks to review and comment on this Plan. Comments are due by 11/26. Please click here to download and view the Overall Site Heath & Safety Plan.
- Draft Demolition Heath & Safety PlanThe Draft Demolition Heath & Safety Plan (HASP) is now ready for public review and comment. This plan describes the site activities associated with asset recovery and demolition and is to be used in conjunction with the Overall Site Heath & Safety Plan. The public has 6 weeks to review and comment on this Report. Comments are due by 11/26. Please click here to download and view the Demo Heath & Safety Plan.
- Draft Remedial Action Work PlanThe Draft Remedial Action Work Plan (RAWP) is now ready for public review and comment. This plan describes the details of how the remedial action work will be implemented. Please note that the appendices will be posted shortly. - Additional Work Plans Available for ReviewAs emailed previously, additional Plans available on the website for review include the Draft Community Relations Plan (The comment period has been extended. Comments are due by 11/26.) and the Draft Community Assurance Plan (The comment period has been extended. Comments are due by 11/26.). - REMINDER: Community Meeting Scheduled for October 19th, 2010A Community Meeting is scheduled for October 19, 2010 from 6:30pm – 8:00pm. All community members are encouraged to attend this meeting to discuss project status and upcoming activities. Details
